Praesens
Practice for Body-centred Traumatherapy, Counselling and Movement.
Are you having difficulties recovering from an intense experience ?
Do you get stuck in unconstructive behavioural patterns or relationships ?
Do you quickly become “absent-minded” or are you “switched on” all the time ?
Do you have vague physical complaints or concentration issues ?
Do guilt, shame or inner criticism undermine your life?
With a broad, open mind, I support you
live, online or hybrid
in regaining your
peace of mind, trust, energy and joy for life.
I bring together my knowledge of embodied practices, trauma, stress,
personality development, family systems, physical interaction
and the spiritual aspects of life in a process tailored to your needs.
I stand for the healing power of personal, attentive contact
and am happy to take the time for a (free) getting-to-know consultation.
It starts
with praesens.
The movement towards wholeness
My name is Jasper Dzuki Jelen, as a personal facilitator, Somatic Experience / SOMA Practicioner and ex-professional dancer, I have extensive experience of how differently people and bodies can react to stress, trauma and (sudden) changes in life. Situations where you can become trapped in fear and feeling isolated, while as human beings we are wired to regain our sense of safety and peace of mind in contact with others.
I specialise in working with shock trauma, difficult-to-change behavioural patterns/beliefs and non-verbal communication. Body, mind and intuition come together in this process.
I believe that whatever (body) reactions and patterns we find in ourselves, these were always the “best answer” for what we encountered earlier in life, and that when they no longer serve us, it is time for presence. Being present with the underlying pain, fear, anger or powerlessness, but most of all how these refer to our healthy, deeper life desires, our strength and the natural healing capacity innate to humans, that ultimately gives life its very meaning.
