Current document also describes how the Therapist collects, stores and uses data in the function of alternative/complementary health care provider. If the Website User uses the Therapist's services, the Website User is referred to as the 'Client', plural the 'Clients'.

When using the Therapist's website, this privacy statement is brought to the attention of each User and asked to agree to it. In addition, it is indicated that further use of the website constitutes consent to the use of cookies and current privacy statement.

3. Nature of Information to be Retained.
Now and in the future, the Therapist collects information about the Users of this website. The Therapist uses the website for the purposes indicated below.

3.4 The Therapist keeps a file on each Client.
This file contains the following types of data of the Client: name, address, age (age to test legal capacity - legitimate interest), gender, e-mail address, telephone number, medical data, notes on the (mental) health condition of the Client, and data on the examinations and treatments carried out by the Therapist concerning the Client and the frequency with which the Client receives care from the Therapist. In brief, each time the Client receives care, the Therapist documents who receives what care and when. The treatment agreement is also included in the client file. It is possible that the Therapist, with the express consent of the Client, may request medical data from a fellow health care provider or from a general practitioner, for example. Such data will also be included in the file.
3.5 E-mail messages.
If e-mail messages are sent, such e-mail and/or associated information from the e-mail may be stored in the context of the purpose for which such e-mail messages are sent.
4. Purpose retention of information
4.1 Administration.
Information is used for various purposes. Retained information (retention period is 7 years) as reported in article 3.1 and 3.3 is used to complete and bill orders and deliveries thereof or if applicable alternative care in accordance with contract, for accounting purposes and handling any disputes. Information derived from article 3.3 or 3.5 may also be retained for this purpose.
4.2 Improvement of services.
Collected information mentioned in article 3.2, 3.3 and 3.5 and possibly from 3.1 is used to improve the website and optimize user convenience of our website.
4.3 Marketing.
Collected information mentioned in section 3 (with the exception of section 3.4) may also be used to direct users to information of interest to them. Collected data (again with the exception of data derived from point 3.4) is used to develop new products and services. This includes information provided by the user to the Therapist during the visit to our website or through other means. 4.4 Client File. The Therapist is required by law to keep a record of each Client in a designated client file. The data in this file will be kept for 20 years. The information in the file is used to provide effective care. In addition, the information may be used for several other purposes:
(i) Financial Administration - For billing purposes, for example.
(ii) Anonymized discussion during intervision - The Therapist may have intervision with a fellow therapist and then discuss Client's case. This is anonymized; no information traceable to an individual is discussed.
(iii) Informing other healthcare providers - When the Therapist is absent and another therapist is deputizing or in case of referral to another therapist (only with the consent of the Client).
(iiii) If the client file is shared for any other purpose, this will be done with the Client's consent.
4.5 Information on the care bill.The Client will receive a care bill if alternative care has been provided by the Therapist. In practice, after payment by pin or cash, this will be given immediately or else sent later by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Client. This bill contains the following information of the Client: Name, Address, City, Date of Birth, Cost of the consultation, description of the type of care given, date of treatment. This information is for the Client's records and, if the therapist's treatments are eligible for reimbursement from a health insurance company, may be submitted to the reimbursing health insurance company.
5. Changes to the Privacy Policy
In the future, the manner in which information is used or deployed and purposes for which it is used may change. If so, the Therapist will state the changes in a revised Privacy Policy and post it on the website. Users who do not agree to a revision of the Privacy Regulations may send their objections to the correspondence address below or email address as listed in Article 9. The Therapist will respect and observe the objections. If no objections are made, the visitor will be deemed to have agreed to the changes if using the website.
6. Data changes or privacy questions
If the User or the Client wishes to change or delete the information kept by the Therapist or if the User or the Client believes that the information is being used for a purpose other than that for which it was provided, the User or the Client must notify the Therapist by mail or e-mail as stated in Article 9. Nevertheless, this cannot be guaranteed with complete certainty. The Therapist is not liable for unauthorized use of information mentioned in Article 3 or access to the website. Also, the Therapist advises the use of communication tools/platforms/apps that respect privacy and use them for communication with Therapist. 8. User website address
Users and Clients are obliged to notify the Therapist of changes of address and changes of other contact data. As long as the Therapist does not receive a change of address or notice of change of other contact data, the last data known to the Therapist will be assumed to be the correct data. Any resulting miscommunication or incorrect delivery is at the expense and risk of the User or Client. As long as a new address has not been communicated, it remains liable for the User or Client ordered products delivered to the old address.
9. License
Unless otherwise noted, Therapist and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on jasperdzukijelen.com. All intellectual property rights are reserved. User or Client may access material from jasperdzukijelen.com for their own personal use, subject to the restrictions in these terms and conditions.
